then vs now part 2

as i was saying.....i see how much i had now and how little i thought i had when i was younger. i see all the gadgets my kids have and how much they think they HAVE TO HAVE. it makes me wonder why i have allowed it to happen. lol! game stations, ipod touch, portable games, portable movies, the wants, the must haves, and the gotta haves. i realize i have put into the drive to have the newest greatest and latest. i am going to try and change that. i am going to try and spend more on what my kids need. not what they think they need. i hate that i have t work so much. it always feels like i am missing out on dong things with them. but that is life. life which i am determined to take more lightlyj from now on. try not to push so hard. try to take the time to smell the roses. try.......and with god all things are possible, right....
